Frank is 97 years old. His daughter lives in California. He was a painter and painted many buildings in Chicago. He tells of a day that a miracle happened. He was up on a scaffold, 26 stories above the sidewalk, when he noticed that the hook holding up the scaffold wasn't properly put in. If it moved, just a tad, it would have fallen off. Somehow, he and his partner (who had fainted when he saw it) got off safely. He shakes his head, "It was a miracle."
